Scotsman Scotty Laughland shows Holger Meyer his home country in SCOTT E-XPLORER episode no. 4. Together they explore the island on their Scott Lumen with TQ-HPR50 system. They experience a lot on and off the bike. From breathtaking trails, mostly good weather and lots of different Scottish culinary highlights and much more.

A total of 6 stops were on the program, spread throughout Scotland. The distances were covered not only by bike or car, but also sometimes by boat. Like here in Skye. The bike regions in Scotland are very bike-friendly, so the two adventurers never had any problems taking their bikes onto boats, huts or similar.

Scotty and Holger also explored new trails together. What could be better for this than an e-bike that you can easily carry through rough terrain? As their reward, there were plenty of trails with unique views over the mountain landscape of Scotland. Depending on where you are in Scotland, you often have wide views on your bike thanks to the many open spaces. The trails in these areas are also often not as blocked as in the deep forests.

It's only too good to have a shelter nearby if you get caught out by the Scottish rain. But Holger and Scotty were not impressed by the rain for long coming back to the next trail after a short break. No wonder with the huge selection of trails on their doorstep.

The two pro bikers and adventurers especially appreciated the TQ-HPR50 system on these days. Without the extra support of the E-System, it would have been impossible to ride so many trails until sunset!

There was no shortage of unique trails, magnificent views and plenty of culinary highlights in solid and liquid form on the trip to Scotland. If you want to find out more about the two bike pros' trip to Scotland, don't miss the full-length YouTube video:
